Safori Gallery Holds Exhibition

Ghanaian artist Yaw Ofosu has exhibited his paintings and art works at an event which can be described as a night of colours and handy work at the Alisa Hotel, Accra.

It was indeed a fascinating night to find more than two hundred lovers of art works, paintings, and colours and sculpture, most of whom are highly placed persons in society, troop to the exhibition stands to take a glance at the various presentations.

The night was also a moment for some of the guests to socialise and talk about previous exhibitions they witnessed in the USA.

Speaking to NEWS-ONE during the event, Yaw Ofosu Safori averred that he has been in the business of painting, sculpture and art work for more than two decades.

Yaw Ofosu, who is also a professional photographer and furniture designer,  explained that he creates images through his paintings to provoke critical thinking that leads to solving psychological challenges confronting society.

He averred that he has great expertise in various forms of art works such as the use of charcoal, graphite, pastel including oil, and water to create very beautiful images ranked as world class pieces.

The artist disclosed that the Alisa Hotel exhibition is a prelude to a bigger one which will be hosted in the country in a couple of months to come.
