Patch Bay for November Soul to Soul


The sensational band Patch Bay is poised to engross audiences at the November Edition of Soul to Soul come November 7th at the trendy Plus 233 Jazz Bar and Grill in North Ridge.

The band has been a regular feature with Soul to Soul and audiences tingle with excitement awaiting their return to the platform when their presence is announced. The band’s enthusiasm in Jazz, Afro pop, RnB, Highlife, Pop, Traditional Jazz, Beebop and Blues, is evidenced on the Soul to Soul stage and it’s always a delight to hear them play.

Band leader Philip Acquah( on electric bass) admits Soul to Soul is a blast for them because get to play a wide range of music they love. The band is made up of Philip Aquah, Victor Dey, Davidus, Gaby, Quecy Pinto, Big Oko, Lamisi and Eddy, all masters at their specialities and together they make palatably sensual melodies.

Soul to Soul remains the ultimate hangout for the astute audience of old school music lovers and those who generally admire quality entertainment. The monthly event has exposed audiences to experience the thrills and surprises that have left them awestruck on seeing their favourite hits from the 70s, 80s and early 90s being performed once more.

One loyal patron said, “Seriously, I forget what era I’m in on Soul to Soul night. I’m here every first Friday… no way, I’m missing a chance to relive my hay days” and laughed hysterically.

The event intersperses live music with Dj sessions, performing eclectic music from popular genres from all over the world. The event has become the place to be for classic entertainment and moments worth reliving.
