Papa’s Pizza To Organise Management Training For Staff

Realising that a quality human resource base is the best foundation any organisation can have, Papa’s pizza is continuing in efforts to improve the knowledge of its mid-level and senior management officers.

The latest effort is a management training organised by the company. The two weekintensive training session would deal with critical aspects of customer service, living the company’s values amongst other topics.

The company already invests heavily in the training of its staff with monthly training sessions especially for the front office staff. Most of the training isgeared towards improvement in quality of service.

In an exclusive interview with the CEO of Papa’s Pizza, Kwame Osei Owusu Ansah, indicated that even though the brand already boasts by far the fastest speed of service delivery in the pizza industry it will continue to further improve the costumer experience.This agenda the company realises would be spearheaded by its management team hence the training programme. The CEO further suggested that the company is challenging the food industry to invest in providing quality training for their employees as this augurs well for the whole sector.

Kwame Osei Owusu Ansah emphasized that Papa’s pizza is blazing trails; as evidenced by the brand’s endorsement from many of Ghana’s biggest celebrities including John Dumelo(who partnered the company to create a charity pizza known as Jmelo’s pizza), OkyeameKwame, Joey B, and Joslyn Dumas etc.
