Can the Finance Minister Mr. Seth Terkper explain the economic sense involved, why the NDC government has resolved to borrow an amount of GH¢432.4 million, equivalent to 0.3 percent of GDP to be saved in the Ghana Petroleum Funds, the Sinking Fund and the Contingency Fund?

Where are the petroleum proceeds which supposed to go into those funds?

Why should we borrow at a cost to finance this funds?

The Independent Peoples’ Party want answers.
