King Do Drops Never Meant To Hurt You

If you seek a break from the regular mishmash of clichés and cheesy rhythms that characterize today’s music-I’m pleased to tell you-you’re in the right ark and sensational upcoming Afro-Pop artiste; King Do is your Noah.

The self-acclaimed “Face of Afro Pop” looks to be serious about his business as he is set to release new music with a whole new different sound.

Somewhat surprisingly biblical-his new single themes around Forgiveness (something we all have to learn) but in a lover-cheater setting. The slightly over 2minute-tune features a balanced blend of rhythm & blues elements coupled with an Afro Beat delivery heavily inspired by his musical role model -Burna Boy.

The song titled “Never Meant To Hurt You” is obviously the perfect plead-anthem for all you players out there-you know what I mean.

Sang in English and Pidgin with lyrics very catchy and easy to sing along-the tune offers the much needed break away from the regular stuff listeners are used to.

The song was produced by Jay Arr and comes off “Rookie Year” – King Do’s Rookie album.
