‘I’ll Build A Church, Mosque Before I Die’

Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, has disclosed his wish is to build a church and mosque before he dies.

“My wish in life is to build a church and mosque before I kick the bucket …. Amen,” Shatta posted on his Facebook page.

Known in private life as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, the ‘Kakai’ singer has been able to pull a huge following he calls the ‘Shatta Movement’.

His controversial image in showbiz circles has made him relevant in the industry, since he rebranded himself from Bandana to Shatta Wale.

His hit song in 2013, Dancehall King, took the airwaves by surprise and shot him to great heights.

Shatta Wale’s musical revenue is mostly generated through shows, which attract mostly thousands of Ghanaian youth.

He has many hit songs and awards to his name.
