I Will Offer An Open Administration In GNAT—Presidential Aspirant

One of the National Presidential Aspirants of the Ghana National Teachers Association (GNAT) Paul Adjei Boakye, has pledged that he will offer and open administration in the union if the delegates who will be casting their votes today elect him as the president of the union for the next four years.

Mr. Paul Adjei Boakye, Ashanti Regional Chairman of GNAT made the pledge yesterday when he interacted with delegates from Greater Accra, Brong Ahafo and Volta Regions.

He noted that one of the problems the grass root members of the union have with the national executives is open administration and considered it to be one of the reasons why some members of the union leave it day in and day out.

He assured the delegates that if they vote for him, he will strengthen the information channel in the union for every bit of information of the union which will be in the interest of grass root members to have it.

He said that he will work hand in hand if other executives to make the union more attractive to even members who have left the union long time to come back.

‘I will ensure that accountability is done at all levels of the union periodically’, he stated.
