Dont call me Dr Mahama

President John Mahama has said he wishes to be addressed as Mr Mahama rather than Dr Mahama, even though the University of Aberdeen recently conferred an honorary Doctor of Laws (LLD) (Honoris Causa) degree on him during his official visit to Scotland.

It is indeed a great honour, but I wish to remain & be addressed as Mr. John Dramani Mahama and not Dr. Mahama. Thanks.
