B/A Presbytery Mens Fellowship 32nd Annual Conference


Rev. Richard Kumah, Tepa Presbyterian Church District Minister has challenged Men in the Christian community to lead crusade against corruption, cheating, dishonesty and all forms of immorality in the country through exemplary leadership.

Rev. Kumah said this during a sermon last Sunday at Tepa Presbyterian Church to climax BrongAhafo Presbytery Men’s Fellowship 32nd Annual conference. He said the challenges Ghanaians are experiencing today is due to absence of love for our country, selfishness, greedy and dishonesty.

He cautioned that no one can escape form the consequences of his deeds, explaining that the results of one’s actions are realized over different periods of time.

The Rev. Minister advised fathers to give their children all the confidence and courage they need to become good, honest and self- reliant.

He said if fathers love their children and teach them about cultivation of honesty and good habits, the future of the country and the world will be better as these children are going to be leaders in the future.

The theme for the conference was ‘’The Role of Men in the Church today’’.

Mr. Kwabena Joseph Yambol, the Presbytery President mentioned challenges facing the Fellowship which include lack of statistics about their numerical strength, poor attendance at meetings, and non-payment of dues.

He advised the Fellowship members to commit their lives, money and time to the activities in the church as they play important role in the development and growth in the church.
