ACE MUSICIAN and entertainer, Akosua Agyepong, became the toast of thousands of people who took part in the recently held Breast Cancer Walk at Sunyani.

The celebrated musician, typical of her, sang melodious tunes from her numerous albums, sending the colossal gathering including breast cancer survivors, going crazy.

Ex-President Kufuor and his wife, Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Eric Opoku and Dr Mrs Beatrice Wiafe Addai, President, Breast Care International (BCI) Ghana, were there.

The huge gathering at the Jubilee Park, venue of the historic event, was seen trooping at the dancing floor, making justice to the melodious tunes at the background.

Akosua Agyepong performed for close to 30 minutes non-stop, as the crowd who from all indications were in love of her music, urged her on to sustain her performance.

Top dignitaries on the dais, including the former president and Dr Mrs Beatrice Wiafe Addai, who is also the CEO of Peace and Love Hospital, were seen nodding their heads in admiration.

Akosua Agyepong, backed by some pretty looking ladies and men on stage, displayed some mind-blowing dancing skills which intermittently attracted wild shouts from the large gathering.

She climaxed her show by admonishing the women to continually visit the hospital to check their breast. Organised by BCI Ghana, the walk was used to sensitise the people about breast cancer.
