A Qube and Choirmaster produce another ‘Tonga’ for X’mas?

There is a new song making huge waves in the Eastern Region which has words that most people may term ‘double entendres.’

The song titled ‘Tokuro’ by A Qube and features the Choirmaster of Praye fame, talks about holes.

Already, some presenters and DJs are scared of playing it on their radio shows but some are daring to play the song.

‘Tokuro’ is a very danceable song with strong African rhythm laced with A Qube and Choirmaster’s perfect vocal delivery.

According to the management of A Qube headed by DJ Saviola of Hitz FM, no one can prevent the song from being played on air because it is a clean song that seeks to entertain and educate.

A Qube is a hiplife/highlife music duo based in Koforidua, made up of Kugbonu Ofosu Maxwell (Alaska) and Ackom Dickson (Ziggy).

A-Qube gained national attention in 2004 when they released their first single titled ‘Oga Police.’

They came out with another song titled ‘I dey Kolo’ in the following year followed by ‘Kye No By Force’ featuring Boys Abre rapper, Guru.

The remix version of ‘Kye No By Force’ featured Kesse and DS, another great music sensation with international appeal, who doubles as the Chief Executive Officer of Don Saint Entertainment, the Record Label that handles A Qube.

At present, they have songs like Tena Faako, Diana and Martha topping music charts across the length and breadth of the country.
