6 Damning Punchlines in M.anifest’s New Song that Should Scare Sarkodie

Sarkodie fired shots at rappers who are so ‘obsessed’ with lines, literary devices and mind blowing punchlines by saying that it makes them sound immature. He said this on his Bossy track. Well, like many rappers, M.anifest is not taking it cool and NsromaMedia’s Nsiah Asante has put together lines in M.anifest new song, god MC that clearly should K.O Sarkodie and his claims (crown).

“Go to the market, buy yourself manners, Don’t use my name in vain, that’s just for starters”

Sarkodie called out M.anifest’s name in his Bossy track just to end his verse. Sarkodie also mentioned M.anifest’s song  no shortcuts to heaven in his 2nd verse and he literally said nothing about itTo M.anifest, that is no different from mentioning his name in vain.

“Ghanaians so concerned about diplomas and awards
Titles and the bible, i find it absurd
Went from inspector Bediako to Khumkhum Bhagya
Progress or regress? now who you calling sucker
When the boss is around who can you boss around?”

Sarkodie has it all in terms of awards but he claims that he has done some aggressive flows in his days and now he feels he is matured. Well, M.anifest is asking from inspector Bediako to Khumkhum Bhagya, Progress or regress? . Sarkodie kept talking about his raps getting a degree whiles others are in 6th form, well, M.anifest finds it absurd.

Don’t turn me into Stonebwoy, I’m a ruler…….When the boss is around who can you boss around? We some intelligent niggas that cannot dumb it down Even my nonfa back then had sense in it Difference between me and them? you’re sensing it

In this picture, you see Stonebwoy, all humble to Sarkodie, well, M.anifest says he is not Stonebwoy, in fact he is a ruler.

He also makes known that unlike Sarkodie who is able to dumb down (or maybe that is his nature) he, M.anifest, is so intelligent that he can not even dumb down his lines and even his nonfa back in the day when he started rap had more sense than Sarkodie’s rap now.

M.anifest is also saying that he  can not be bossed around like how one time Sarkodie is hyping himself as having punches and when push comes to shove, he feels threatened and coil in his shell that punches sound immature.

Tell the fashion police they can make an arrest
These boys copying the WEST looking a mess, it’s retarded

Sarkodie went the Kanye WEST style during his Indigo O2 Arena show? . M.anifest is calling out the fashion police on him for copying the West (Europe and America and also Kanye West) and looking like a mess. He thinks it is retarded for him to do that.

“Don’t measure your pen with mines (mimes), you pantomime and asinine
And you wanna be king? Get your ass in line”.

Sarkodie is claiming King but M.anifest says he cant just claim King, he should go bar for bar with other rappers for it. He plays with mimes and pantomimes (I doubt he drew the distinction between the 2). With those, he says Sarkodie must not measure his words with his’ because Sarkodie virtually says nothing in his songs (Pantomime actors mask up and say nothing but use actions) and to M.anifest, it is stupid (asinine).

What is a King to a godMC? They claim pure gold but they are copper, dont compare a name dropper to a show stopper… Wani aba anaa? Vex for your corner’

Name droppers ostentatiously mention the names of important people as if they were friends. Sarkodie keeps mentioning names of other rappers in his songs as though they were friends. Every chance he gets, from his track with Acehood, through FireBonDem with FlowKing Stone x Shatta Wale, he keeps mentioning names. M.anifest says for him, he is a show stopper not just a name dropper and if Sarkodie feels threatened by his flow, he should be angry in his own corner– dumb lines corner.

Sarkodie is also claiming King, like Watch the Throne by Kanye West x Jay Z, M.anifest is asking what a King is to a godMC like himself?

To close up, he returns a favor by using Sarkodie’s line to end the song like Sark used his’ on his Bossy track.

I may have left a couple of lines in it but hey, If i were to pull up everything, you probably would have noticed that every line is a diss.
