2016 AMVCAs: Ghana sweeps 7 nominations

The nominees for the fourth edition of the prestigious Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCAs) were revealed on Friday, December 11.

Juliet Asante’s Silverain is nominated for Best Movie, Best Writer and Best Movie West Africa.

Actors, Majid Michel and Van Vicker are both nominated for Best Actor in a Comedy.

Shirley Frimpong Manso for Best Director and Best Editor and Nana Mensah for Best Actress Comedy in An African City.
